Mustard-Chive Cream Sauce

* 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh chives
* 2 tablespoons low-fat sour cream
* 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
* 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
* 1/4 teaspoon sugar
* 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.  Cover and chill until ready to serve.
